EXCLUSIVE HANGOUT VENUE HIRE
The whole Hangout with all it’s toys and activities in the cabin and main room, is available for exclusive hire for two hour slots. The tuck shop and snack bar will be open. Cost is £200.00 incl VAT. Charity discount available. Email info@thehangoutvenue.co.uk for availability
TABLE HIRE
For small community groups, sometimes it’s hard to know how many people will turn up to events, so you can rent three tables. This is perfect for drop in support sessions.
FAMILY FRIENDLY MEETING ROOMS
Our garden cabin has two rooms and is a quiet calm space with little outside noise so ideal for art classes, workshops, recording, meetings, family contact, workshops and so much more for up to 16 people.
Large cabin room is £22 per hour – ideal for up to 12 people. This is accessible by a ramp.
Small cabin room is £11 per hour – is a small room and seats 4. Ideal for informal meetings and catch ups. This is a small room and is accessible by either the main room by ramp, and also has alternative step access. When the small room alone is booked access will be by the steps.
Whole cabin is £29 per hour – gives exclusive use of the whole cabin and entry via the ramp.
When rooms are booked individually it is highly probable there maybe other people in the alternate room at the same time. It is important to note the small cabin room bookings will be accessed by steps, not up the main ramp.
You can now book the whole cabin online. Select each cabin room for the date/time required. If applicable, you can also add Hangouts in the main room for however many children required.
Then enter the relevant discount code at checkout.
Full_Cabin_Hire1 = £4.00 for booking the whole cabin for one hour
Full_Cabin_Hire2 = £8.00 for booking the whole cabin for two hours
