We know that finding somewhere welcoming, flexible and genuinely family-friendly for a meeting, workshop, support session or community get-together isn’t always easy.
At The Hang Out Venue, families are at the heart of everything we do. Our spaces aren’t corporate or clinical – they’re relaxed, comfortable and designed to make people of all ages feel welcome.
Whether you need a table for an informal drop-in, a quiet meeting room, our whole garden cabin or exclusive use of the entire venue, we have flexible options to suit you.
Exclusive Hang Out Venue Hire – £200
Have the whole Hang Out Venue to yourselves for two hours.
Exclusive hire gives your group private use of our main room and garden cabin, along with all the toys, games and activities available within the venue.
Our old-school snack bar and tuck shop will also be open during your booking.
£200 including VAT for two hours.
Charity discounts are available.

Table Hire
Running a small community group or drop-in session?
We know it can be difficult to predict exactly how many people will attend. Rather than hiring an entire room, you can hire three tables within The Hang Out Venue.
It’s a simple, affordable option that’s particularly suited to drop-in support sessions, informal community groups and activities where attendance may vary.

Family-Friendly Meeting Rooms
Our garden cabin offers two calm, comfortable rooms away from the main venue.
It’s a welcoming and flexible space suitable for meetings, workshops, art and craft sessions, recording, family contact, support sessions, small groups and much more.
The whole cabin can accommodate up to 16 people.
Large Cabin Room – £22 per hour
Ideal for groups of up to 12 people.
Our larger cabin room is a flexible space suitable for meetings, workshops, classes, support groups and other community activities.
The room has ramp access.
Small Cabin Room – £11 per hour
A cosy space for up to 4 people.
Perfect for informal meetings, catch-ups, one-to-one conversations and smaller sessions where you’d prefer a quieter, more intimate environment.
The small room can be reached through the main cabin via the ramp or directly via steps. When the Small Cabin Room is hired on its own, access is via the steps.
Whole Cabin Hire – £29 per hour
Need a little more space and privacy?
Hire the whole garden cabin and you’ll have exclusive use of both rooms, accommodating up to 16 people, with access via the ramp.
£29 per hour.
This is a great option for larger meetings, workshops, family sessions and groups that would benefit from having two separate spaces available.
A Little Note About Individual Room Hire
When you book either cabin room individually, another group may be using the other room at the same time.
If privacy or exclusive use is important for your session, we recommend booking the whole cabin.
Please also remember that when the Small Cabin Room is booked on its own, access is via steps. For ramp access, please book the Large Cabin Room or the whole cabin.
Booking the Whole Cabin Online
You can book the cabin through our online booking system.
Simply select both the Large Cabin Room and Small Cabin Room for exactly the same date and time, then enter the relevant discount code at checkout:
1-hour whole cabin hire: Full_Cabin_Hire1
This applies a £4 discount, bringing the total to £29.
2-hour whole cabin hire: Full_Cabin_Hire2
This applies an £8 discount, bringing the total to £58.
These discount codes are only valid when both cabin rooms are booked for the same date and time.
