From birthdays, baby showers and reveals, christenings and naming celebrations to anniversaries, weddings, family gatherings and celebrations of life, our flexible spaces can be adapted to suit your occasion.
With toys, games, activities and comfortable spaces, children, young people, parents, carers, grandparents and friends can play, create, chat, celebrate and make and share memories together.

Exclusive Party – £250
Enjoy The Hang Out Venue all to yourselves for two hours.
Your party includes:
- Two hours’ exclusive use of our main room and cabin
- Up to 50 guests
- A friendly party host
- Party decorations
- Traditional party games such as pass the parcel, Velcro the Tail on the Donkey or musical statues
- Full use of our toys, games and activities
- Our old-school snack bar and tuck shop open throughout
All of this for £250.
A £50 non-refundable deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your party.
Celebrating Your Way
Not every celebration needs a traditional party package. Whether you’re marking a birthday, welcoming a new arrival, bringing generations together or remembering someone special, talk to us about how you’d like to use the space.
WHOLE VENUE
To hire the whole venue for two hours is £200.00. This is exclusive hire of the main room and whole cabin. Charity discount available.
Reserve Tables
For a smaller, informal celebration, call to discuss booking regular Hang Out places for the number of children attending and let us know you’re celebrating. We can reserve tables for your group, which you’re welcome to decorate. Other families will still be enjoying the venue at the same time, making this ideal for relaxed birthday get-togethers and smaller family occasions.
Outside food cannot be brought into the venue for this option, but you’re welcome to bring a birthday or celebration cake to enjoy together at your reserved table.
Private Cabin – £29 per hour
Want your own space for a smaller gathering? Hire our private cabin for £29 per hour for up to 14 people. With its own toys and activities, it’s ideal for craft parties, small celebrations, family get-togethers and intimate gatherings. You may also bring nibbles to enjoy in the cabin. Strictly no nuts.

Our flexible, intergenerational space can work for occasions throughout life, including baby showers and reveals, christenings and naming celebrations, birthdays of all ages, anniversaries, engagement celebrations, weddings, family reunions, community celebrations, special events and celebrations of life.
We understand that every occasion is different. Some call for games and laughter; others need somewhere comfortable and informal for family and friends to simply be together.

Food & Celebration Cakes
Food is not included in our exclusive party package, but we work with some fantastic local family businesses who can provide a range of catering options.
We’re also happy to discuss other food arrangements with you.
You’re welcome to bring your own homemade birthday or celebration cake, subject to our food policy. The Hang Out Venue has a strict no-nut policy.
