Our amazing garden cabin in the heart of Southend is available term time Monday – Friday’s between 08.30 – 17.30 for hotdesking and coworking. With lots natural light and it’s own relaxed home from home vibe, hanging out just got better. There are four individual desks and one large table in the main room for coworking, plus a small meeting room available for hire.
Hotdesk’s £22.00 incl VAT per desk per day.
SMALL MEETING ROOM
Small meeting room £22.00 incl VAT per two hours. Available Mon to Sat 9 – 5pm and Sunday’s 11am – 5pm
eVENING HIRE
HANG OUT HIRE
The Main Hangout Room is available for hire every night (except Weds) for two hours between 6pm – 9pm. The tuck shop and snack bar will be open. Cost: £200.00 incl VAT.
CABIN HIRE
The cabin has two rooms and is a quiet calm space with little outside noise so ideal for evening art classes, workshops, recording for pod casts, filming and TikTok shops etc.
Available for hire every night (except Weds) between 6pm – 10pm.
Cost: £36 inc VAT per hour
family friendly networking
Relaxed networking for everyone in a child friendly venue. Running a business plus trying to connect with others is full on. If you have children you are welcome to bring them. Let them play, so you can enjoy a cuppa and network.
Cost: £10.00 per adult, children free (up to two)
